Cancellation and Termination of Services:
- Cancellation Based On Agreement:
- Cancellation of services is subject to the terms outlined in the agreement signed by the client with MedPulse RCM, LLC. Whether services are upfront or post-paid, monthly fees for digital marketing, credentialing, medical billing, or any other services are non-refundable once services have commenced.
- Refunds:
- Refunds may be claimed by clients for any wrong payments or overpayments made. Claims for refunds must be submitted in writing to our billing department for review and processing.
- Cancellation Notice:
- Cancellation or termination of services requires prior notice as per the agreement signed between the client and MedPulse RCM, LLC. The notice period will be specified in the agreement, and clients are required to adhere to these terms.
- Data Retention:
- Upon cancellation of services, clients may request access to their data for a specified period. After this period, MedPulse RCM reserves the right to securely dispose of client data in accordance with our privacy and data retention policies.
